Who We Are

The Mediation Center of Kentucky, Inc. (MCK) is a non-profit corporation committed to serving the Commonwealth of Kentucky by providing mediation services. The Mediation Center is run by a board of directors and began in 1992. We have developed programs and services that have benefited many. MCK has mediated thousands of cases of several different types. We offer a comfortable, confidential environment that helps ensure successful resolution of your dispute. We have three mediation rooms and two smaller conference rooms. We contract with many experienced mediators for our mediations or you may request a specific mediator.

Our Mission
It is the mission of the Mediation Center of Kentucky to serve the community by helping people resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution.

Who We serve

We serve anyone and everyone, inside or outside the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The need for positive, affordable, and expeditious conflict resolution is universal. Any mediation referral is welcome.
