Who We Are

The Mediation Center of Kentucky, Inc. (MCK) is a non-profit agency committed to serving the Commonwealth of Kentucky by providing high quality mediation services at an affordable price.  MCK opened its doors in 1992. Since then we have facilitated the resolution of thousands of disputes.  In addition, our Cooperative Parenting program has trained hundreds of families how to resolve their own conflict and discover better ways to communicate for the benefit of their children. 

We offer a comfortable, confidential environment that helps ensure successful resolution of your dispute.  Our facilities can accommodate multiple mediations simultaneously.  We provide experienced mediators with a wide range of professional backgrounds and work with you to provide a mediator that best meets your needs.  You many also request a specific mediator.

Our Mission
It is the mission of MCK to serve the community and the central Kentucky region by helping people resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution.  Many times mediation can be an excellent alternative to litigation, or can work in tandem with litigation as an efficient and economical path to settlement.  MCK is a private non-profit organization.

Who We serve

Our services are available to everyone, inside or outside the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  The need for positive, affordable, and expeditious conflict resolution is universal.  You do not have to be referred by a court or an attorney to use our services.
